OMNYA TRAVEL L.L.C-FZ – Terms and Conditions
As a Member of Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. When ordering or purchasing anything from a supplier of products or services, you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to your order. These Terms and Conditions prevail over any other terms and conditions in any form whatsoever.
These terms and conditions govern your use of Omnya Travel services and any order you place through our channels from Dubai, U.A.E. You should read these terms carefully before using our services. These terms tell you who we are, how you can use our services, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

Membership Rules
a. All Memberships are subject to verification and acceptance by Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ.
b. You agree to ensure you provide correct details when signing up for Omnya Travel memberships.
c. Your Membership is personal to you. You are responsible for ensuring that no one else uses it.
d. All reservations made should be for your personal use only unless you provide delegate details to Omnya Travel.
e. Membership is only available to persons over the age of 18.
Membership Fees, Cancellations, and Renewals
a. Membership fees are communicated prior to payment.
b. Payment of the Membership Fee constitutes your express request for us to begin supplying services.
c. Membership fees are non-refundable.
d. Membership fees are due upon acceptance of your Membership and annually thereafter (“Renewal Date”).
e. Memberships renew automatically unless cancellation is notified at least 48 hours before the Renewal Date.
f. Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ may adjust Membership Fees, with notice given before renewal.
Using Your Membership
a. Benefits are available only after acceptance as a Member.
b. Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to withdraw services or refuse supply.
c. Suppliers are responsible for providing selected services, products, and benefits.
Dine and Pay, VIP Packages and Cancellations
a. All restaurant bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you cancel, Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ may issue store credit valid for 3 weeks.
b. Hotel cancellation policies follow those set by the hotels.
c. Clients must verify booking confirmations. Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ is not liable for errors made by clients.
d. Omnya Travel reserves the right to deny requests if clients repeatedly fail to honor bookings.

Your use of Omnya Travel services and platforms is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorized access. All intellectual property rights in the website, content, and brand belong to Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these terms. However, services are supplied for personal use only, and Omnya Travel L.L.C-FZ is not liable for loss of revenue, profit, business, goodwill, or indirect damages.
Other Important Terms
a. Nobody else has rights under these Terms and Conditions.
b. Failure to enforce any term does not prevent later enforcement.
c. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
